St Valentines – February 2019
Celebrate this Valentines day at Restaurante Faralá with creative cuisine. We have prepared this special meal for couples celebrating the 14th February although our menu is available from Wednesday 13th February until Sunday 17th February. Choose a lunchtime or evening booking.
- Snacks Passion Love & Desire
- Tartar of Osmotized Tomato with salt, black olive ice cream accompanied with tomato-olive toast
- Cuttlefish & Peas. Cuttlefish Sweets filled with tomate sauce, cuttlefish, wild mushrooms and ham. Accompanied with pea puree, licorice essence, egg yolk spheres and truffle juice.
- Lightly Grilled Scallop, milk cap mushroom low temperature confit in Orange flavoured EVOO with onion soup.
- Turbot Confit Rodaballo done at low temperature in smoked EVOO, fire roasted asparagus, beurre blanc sauce & caviar.
- Poulet de Bresse accompanied with carrot parmentier- cumin, sweet potato – cinnamon and pumpkin-mandarin, sweetcorn cracker, Poulet parfait & Perigueux sauce.
- Lust: Strawberries, Champagne, roses & chocolate, Nitrogen.
